Having missed RPing recently, here is the cure:

Salem, USA

If you love TV - especially if you are a fan of crossovers, and/or one of the following shows: Chuck, Bones, House, Scrubs, The Office, and The Big Bang Theory - THIS RPG IS FOR YOU!

Microcosm RPG is the RPG for TV lovers who have always wanted to play a character that lives in the real - but rather dramatic and/or humorous - world. Microcosm RPG makes all of these characters available in ONE PLACE with a simple strategy: the main buildings and characters from each world (i.e. the Buy More, the Jeffersonian, etc.) all exist in one city, the imaginary city of Salem, USA. The edges of these worlds blur as the characters move from home to stores, hospitals, and museums. They go about their everyday jobs, living their everyday lives - until suddenly, unexpectedly, plots crop up and careen into their worlds. For example, The Fulcrum, a top secret organization with agents everywhere (including the government), operates in and around Salem, and the normal citizens must depend on people like Sarah Walker (CIA), John Casey (NSA), and Special Agent Seeley Booth (FBI) -- not to mention specialists like Chuck Bartowski (human supercomputer) and Temperance Brennan (forensic anthropologist). And when things go awry, there are plenty of medically trained experts at the Sacred Heart or Princeton-Plainsboro hospitals to mop up the blood.

Have you ever wondered what would happen if Sheldon (The Big Bang Theory) met Brennan (Bones)? Or John Casey (Chuck) met Allison Cameron (House)? It is all possible at Microcosm RPG!

We are also willing to incorporate other TV shows, if they take place in present-day USA and in a similar universe as the shows we have already chosen. Think about the character list as a guideline, not a carved-in-stone rule -- after all, we are looking for creative and dedicated players, and if you have more ideas, please do feel free to tell us about them!
